Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, consulting interdisciplinary teams for insights and collaboration. Execute manual adjustments with precision and care, correcting musculoskeletal dysfunctions effectively. Evaluate neuromuscular and skeletal function through advanced chiropractic diagnostics. Coordinate diagnostic exams on-site or through referrals, ensuring holistic patient care. Support marketing efforts through active participation in outreach events. Lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying trends and refining care standards. Cultivate a supportive team environment, serving as a mentor and fostering professional growth. Pursue continuous self-development, engaging in educational programs and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Requirements Valid New Jersey Chiropractic License. Profound understanding of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, and sports-related ailments. Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapies and dietary interventions. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centric care. Willingness to challenge norms and drive positive change.
