Director, Appraisal Review & Quality Control

Overview The Chicago Office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with Industry leading tools and technology is seeking a Commercial Review Appraiser. Appraisals include a wide range from institutional to non-institutional properties. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and have a familiarity with the greater Chicago market. This position will also provide input on internal quality control procedures. This is a remote, hybrid, or in-office position. Responsibilities Conduct or oversee appraisals including a wide range from institutional to non-institutional properties. Provide input on internal quality control procedures. Work in remote, hybrid, or in-office capacity. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of commercial appraisal experience Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License MAI designation is not required but would be a plus. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple assignments with varying deadlines. Self-motivation with ability to work autonomously.
