Position Summary


We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest from arrival through departure. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests and requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, activities, dining, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle guest reservations, room assignments, payments, and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all information is entered correctly into the property management system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Promote resort amenities, upgrades, activities, and other services when appropriate.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest communications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front Desk area.
• Follow all resort policies, procedures, safety standards, and cash-handling guidelines.
• Protect guest privacy and confidential information at all times.
• Assist with other Front Office and resort duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, resort, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize guest needs.
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel reservation/property management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
