What You'll Bring:

• Current Louisiana Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• At least 1 year of experience in a specialty setting, including inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, or skilled nursing
• Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload independently
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience working with complex, medically fragile, or neuro-specific patient populations
• Flexibility and adaptability to various clinical settings

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or an approved equivalent
• Minimum of 1+ years in a specialized therapy environment
• Prior experience with dynamic patient cases and diverse diagnoses

Additional Requirements:

• No call responsibilities; no weekend coverage required
• Participation in departmental and hospital orientation (2-3 days)
• Ability to attend to cases efficiently within scheduled hours (08:00-16:30)
• Commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care without holiday coverage
• Reliable transportation and parking (free parking provided)
• Professional dress code (scrub color: pewter for inpatient; optional for outpatient)
