• Package completed sales to Ring Concierge presentation standards
• Handle returns and repairs, including documentation and reticketing
• Receive and prep incoming product for the sales floor, including unpacking, checking, and organizing
• Maintain accurate counts of packaging materials and boutique supplies and flag replenishment needs to management
• Keep the sales floor and back-of-house organized and stocked throughout the day
• Support visual merchandising, including product presentation and display updates
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Contribute to client events, product launches, and seasonal activations
• Anticipate the Sales team's needs and provide support during high-traffic periods

About You

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling client merchandise with care and discretion
• Genuine interest in fine jewelry and delivering an elevated client experience
• Proactive team player who takes initiative wherever support is needed

Requirements

• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing preferred
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The compensation range for this role is $20-23/hr

• Ability to stand and move throughout the boutique for the duration of scheduled shifts, up to 8+ hours
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs to support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operations
• Manual dexterity to handle fine jewelry and operate POS and computer systems
• Visual acuity to assess jewelry details, gemstone quality, and craftsmanship
