Finance Manager - Enterprise FP&A

Role Overview Responsible for management and coordination of Enterprise FP&A functions, projects, and processes, including forecasting and analysis to support the company’s financial planning and decision making. Responsibilities Manages the development and distribution of rolling forecast and target‑setting timelines, materials, and communications. Creates presentation templates used during the rolling forecast, target setting, and other planning activities. Works with Business Unit finance teams to facilitate consistency in tables, illustrations, and metrics. Manages the creation of presentations for the Board and senior‑level leadership, determining the appropriate level of summarization. Collaborates with Business Unit leadership and strategy teams to compile competitive intelligence and best practices. Develops hypotheses and recommendations on how to achieve higher returns. Builds high‑level modeling and analysis to support enterprise‑level projections. Manages and coordinates the input and output of assumptions to ensure outcomes are consistent with corporate goals. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum five years of forecasting and modeling experience with direct management experience. Prior experience managing budgets and forecasts. Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau highly preferred. Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. Compensation Annual base salary range: $100,070 – $157,470 USD, plus incentive opportunities based on performance.
