Nurse RN: Health Coach & Member Wellness Advocate

GuideWell, via its Florida Blue Center-based Direct-to-Consumer team, seeks a Nurse Educator/Care Manager to engage members and prospective customers across the health care continuum. You will assess needs, educate on benefits, and coordinate care with internal teams. Active Florida RN licensure, BCLS, and a health coaching certification are required, with ongoing certification.
