You’ll be the trusted IT partner for site leadership, shaping how digital solutions enable safe, efficient, and connected factory operations.In this highly visible role, you’ll guide end‑to‑end IT service delivery onsite, ensuring infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity capabilities are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with business unit leaders, application owners, vendors, and global IT teams to anticipate demand, resolve challenges, and continuously improve service performance.You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and develop local IT professionals, manage vendors, and drive governance and standards in a dynamic factory environment. From supporting daily operations to leading IT build projects and responding to cybersecurity events, your impact will be tangible and meaningful.This is a full‑time, onsite role based at the factory you’re assigned to, offering the chance to see the immediate results of your work and build strong, lasting partnerships across operations.
