Stoneham Public Schools Colonial Park Elementary School - Stoneham, Massachusetts Open in Google Maps ABA Tech This job is also posted in Stoneham Public Schools Job Details Job ID: 5900416 Application Deadline: Sep 04, 2026 11:59 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Posted: Aug 24, 2026 4:00 AM (UTC) Starting Date: Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Job Title : 1:1 ABA Technician - Colonial Park (RISE Program) Reports to : Principal, Classroom Teacher, BCBA Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree Classroom experience preferred ABA experience preferred Responsibilities : Works directly with students who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other related developmental disabilities Implements individualized academic and behavior programs Provides instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including discrete trial instruction, task analysis, naturalistic teaching techniques Participates in the daily routine of a classroom including but not limited to activities such as circle time, recess, lunch, group activities, and toileting Independently implements student-specific behavior plans to decrease challenging behaviors and increase functional behaviors Collects ongoing data, summarizes the data to monitor students’ progress, and identifies next steps in program Conducts or assists with conducting student skills assessments Communicates in written or verbal format with BCBA and classroom teacher about student progress Implements direct instruction in the home or other after before/ school environment to increase appropriate social skills, activities of daily living, and social interactions and/or address other IEP goal areas Models implementation of academic and behavior programs for parents Assist with training staff in implementation of behavior intervention plans and skills building programs Gathers, maintains, and prepares students’ materials, data sheets, and program notebooks Responsible for any other duties assigned Terms of Employment- Per union Contract $32.93/Hour * Additional compensation will be provided for in home or after/before school assignment Position Type: Full-Time Contact Information Ruth Cronin 149 Franklin Street Stoneham, Massachusetts 02180 Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr STONEHAM PUBLIC SCHOOLS
