Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you'll report directly to the Shipping Department Manager. This position offers a collaborative environment where individual contributions are tracked and valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and manage inventory control efficiently.
• Process receiving, returns, and shipping tasks using RF scanners.
• Pick orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow for 8-12 hours daily.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
• Safely use a 12ft staircase ladder without fear of heights.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, even as little as 0-6 months.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory control.
• Ability to walk at a fast pace for extended periods.
• Capability to lift heavy items and handle physical tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights when necessary.

Work Environment

Work in a bustling warehouse environment within the shipping department, surrounded by pallets and narrow aisles. Certified operators use electric pallet jacks, creating a dynamic workspace. Adhere to safety standards by wearing sneakers, boots, or steel-toe footwear, and leave personal electronics behind to maintain focus and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
