Retail Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills

Kilt Rental USA is the premier Kilt Rental Business in the United States. Yes, I said Kilt Rental. We are like a tuxedo rental for kilts. We provide a complete, authentic Scottish kilt outfit from head to toe. We have more tartan (plaids) and jacket selections than any other kilt rental company in the US. In addition to rentals, we have a full retail store front and online e-commerce division called Claymore Imports. Claymore Imports sells all manner of Scottish, Irish, and Welsh apparel and accessories. We are the largest retailer of bagpipes, piping supplies, and pipe band wearing the Western United States.
