Credit Analyst

Credit AnalystMaxxis International, the U.S. division of a global tire manufacturer, has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for performing in-depth credit analysis, managing accounts receivable processes, and ensuring compliance with credit and collections procedures.We are currently working a hybrid schedule (working 3 days in office and 2 days at home). Therefore, applicants must be able to commute to and work in our Suwanee, GA office.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing credit risk and supporting business growth.Responsibilities:Analyze customer credit history and financial data to determine creditworthiness and assign appropriate credit limits and payment termsPerform credit management activities including credit applications, annual reviews, credit holds, and credit insurance reportingMonitor and maintain customer accounts, including tracking account status and outstanding balancesPost cash receipts and update accounts receivable records accuratelyInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, invalid deductions, and complex credit or collection issuesPrepare month-end and quarter-end reports, account statements, and cash flow forecastsManage credit and collections projects independently with minimal supervisionOther related duties as assignedKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to negotiate effectively and provide strong customer serviceHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionallyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business requiredAt least 2 years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience requiredAdvanced skills in M365 Excel and Power BI requiredAccounts receivable compliance experience preferredCredit analysis experience preferredSAP experience preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and results-driven Finance team.
