Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures.
• Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid RRT certification and South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric, neonate, and infant care.
• Experience with Epic charting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
