Position: Engagement Manager – Private Equity Location: New York, NY Pay: $175K – $200K + Bonus Term: Full-time, Permanent As an Engagement Manager, you’ll lead private equity project delivery and support practice development, collaborating closely with senior leaders to deliver data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations. This role includes team supervision, client communication, and involvement in business development. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee commercial due diligence projects from start to finish, managing timelines, quality, and scope while mentoring project teams. Client Engagement: Ensure clear, effective communication to meet client expectations and deliver value. Business Development: Support in crafting tailored solutions, resource planning, and participating in sales pitches. Team Development: Coach team members to enhance skills, ensure high‑quality outputs, and drive professional growth. Skills & Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in consulting with an interest in technology.
