PJ's Coffee in Baton Rouge, LA is looking for baristas to join our NEW team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. We are located at 3384 Government St. in Baton Rouge, La.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a barista or the willingness to learn
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Strong reliability to perform the job when no one is watching

This is a tipped position with an average hourly base. Potential to make between $12-$18/hour after tips.
