Service Manager

Job Description Acura of Bedford Hills is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our busy service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong automotive leader who understands fixed operations, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and department profitability. We are looking for someone who can motivate a team, improve processes, maintain a high level of customer service, and help drive continued growth in a fast-paced dealership environment. Compensation $150,000 to $220,000 annually with commissions Compensation based on experience, performance, and department results Benefits Health benefits available 401(k) available Paid time off Strong earning potential Busy, established service department Supportive management team Long-term career growth opportunity Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the service department Lead, train, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff Monitor workflow, scheduling, technician productivity, and repair order process Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally Drive service department sales, profitability, and efficiency Review repair orders, estimates, warranty claims, and service recommendations Work closely with parts, sales, and dealership leadership Ensure manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and compliance requirements are followed Track department performance and identify opportunities for improvement Build a positive, accountable, and customer-focused service culture Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience preferred Strong knowledge of dealership fixed operations Acura experience preferred, but not required Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a fast-paced service department Strong understanding of customer satisfaction, technician efficiency, and profitability Organized, professional, and results-driven Valid driver’s license required Acura of Bedford Hills is looking for a motivated Service Manager who is ready to lead a growing service department and help take operations to the next level.
