Core responsibilities include: Delivering an outstanding guest experience Upholding food safety and quality standards Coaching, training, and developing staff Driving restaurant profitability and operational excellence What We’re Looking For: High-energy, ambitious, and motivated leaders with strong communication, teamwork, and people-management skills. Prior restaurant management, shift lead, or hospitality leadership experience is a plus — but attitude and drive matter most.
