Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Must be able to obtain General Lines Property/Casualty License. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with internal motivation.
