Today, I lead a growing team of 12 across both offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in healthcare but wanted a career where I could still make an impact while having the opportunity to build something of my own. Athletics have also been a big part of my background. I played college football at the University of Tulsa and went on to play minor league baseball. Those experiences helped shape my approach to teamwork, discipline, and personal accountability. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of three. Role Description Trent Wilkins - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
