Job Title Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. In this role, you will provide quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, focusing on helping residents achieve their maximum level of independence and improving their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist with implementing therapeutic programs and interventions designed by the Occupational Therapist. Encourage and support residents in regaining daily living skills and achieving treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Current COTA licensure. 1 year of experience. Prior experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to adapt to patient and facility needs. Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required. Contract Role 36 hour guarantee Start Date: ASAP Competitive pay Pay based on years experience Flexible contract with potential for extension.
