Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations at our Troy location (427 Edwardsville Rd). In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, drive strategic initiatives, and build a high-performing team committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, decisive leadership, and a visionary approach to organizational growth.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Manage all operational functions including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance
• Oversee budget development, financial planning, and P&L management to ensure profitability and cost efficiency
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and community partners
• Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all operations
• Monitor performance against key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
• Identify and develop talent within the organization, supporting career path development and succession planning
• Drive sales initiatives and customer satisfaction programs to enhance market position and brand reputation

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performance
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L oversight
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills with a visionary mindset
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Proficiency in time management and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively
• Experience with process improvement and operational optimization
• Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Sales experience and vendor management background
• Preferred: Experience with onboarding and team development programs
