Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Sales Management: Drive sales and manage food, labor, and operating costs to meet company goals.
• Guest Service: Ensure excellent guest service and professionally handle guest concerns.
• Food Quality: Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency according to brand standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
• Team Culture: Lead team meetings and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with ownership on local store marketing and community involvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-casual preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Results-driven with proven success in managing budgets and achieving sales targets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team development.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
