Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Sales Management: Drive sales and manage food, labor, and operating costs to meet company goals.
- Guest Service: Ensure excellent guest service and professionally handle guest concerns.
- Food Quality: Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency according to brand standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
- Team Culture: Lead team meetings and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with ownership on local store marketing and community involvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-casual preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Results-driven with proven success in managing budgets and achieving sales targets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team development.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
