RUSTY TACO | LINE COOK
Status: Part-time hourly, non exempt
Reports to: General Manager

What You’ll Do:
As a Team Member, you'll rotate through several key stations including:
- Prep Cook
- Line Cook
You'll work side-by-side with a tight-knit crew to:
-Follow recipes and prepare fresh ingredients—grill, dice, slice, and season with care.
-Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
-Jump in wherever needed-teamwork is our secret sauce .

We’re Looking For Teammates Who:
-Bring energy and a positive attitude to every shift.
-Thrive in a fast-moving kitchen where no two days are the same.
-Understand the importance of food safety, cleanliness, and following procedures.
-Are willing to learn, cross-train, and pitch in to help their team.
-Can be on their feet, lifting, bending, and moving for their entire shift.

Bonus Points For:
-Food handler certification
-Previous kitchen or restaurant experience (but not required!)
-Availability on nights and weekends
-A passion for tacos, teamwork, and delivering great service
