Night Auditor

Job Description: Job Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and guest services during the overnight shift, ensuring a smooth transition between accounting days and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Reconcile all financial activities from the previous day, verifying the accuracy of income and expenses. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during the overnight hours. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. Process reservations and cancellations accurately using the property management system. Conduct regular property walks to ensure guest safety and security. Job Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
