  ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and wants to grow professionally within a structured and supportive environment.

You will start by focusing on customer service and learning the foundation of the business, with the opportunity to grow into a sales and financial services role over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and service requests
• Provide a high level of customer care and professionalism in every interaction
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Support the team in daily operations and workflow
• Work collaboratively to meet office goals and deliver a great customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Property & Casualty license.

Licensing & Growth

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license required
• Active Florida 2-15 Life & Health license required
• Opportunity to grow into a 2-20 General Lines licensed role over time
