RN Weekend Supervisor

Gracy Woods Nursing Center, a premier healthcare provider in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee and manage our weekend operations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure a smooth workflow, efficient processes, and exceptional patient care. Oversee and manage weekend operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes

Coordinate and assign tasks to staff members, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to schedules

Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

Assist with development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing, scheduling, and performance
