Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position with delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification required; documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. High School diploma, GED or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment that relies on meeting goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
