Restaurant Manager – Marianna, FL

$48,000–$52,000 + Monthly Performance Bonuses

We're searching for a high-energy, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join a well-established BBQ restaurant in Marianna, Fl!

This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk! We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads by example, jumps in wherever needed, and knows how to keep the team motivated while delivering great food and hospitality.

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant management experience
Outgoing personality with strong leadership skills
Ability to coach, train, and develop a winning team
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and food costs
Willingness to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!

Compensation & Benefits:

$48,000–$52,000 Base Salary
Monthly Performance Bonuses
