Commercial Finance Associate

A mid-size law firm in Chicago is looking to add a Commercial Finance Associate to their nationally recognized practice. The firm handles high-value transactions earning the trust of leading institutional lenders. The firm is seeking a candidate wtih two to three years of experience in lending transactions. salary: $235,000 - $260,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Doctoral

Responsibilities

• Represent banks, commercial finance companies and other institutional lenders 
• Assist in structuring and documenting asset-based and cash-flow loan transactions, including working capital facilities
• Assists with leveraged acquisitions, mezzanine loans, retail financing, vendor financing, loan restructurings, purchase order financing
• Assists with handling of equipment leasing, debtor-in-possession financing, and the equity aspects of loan transactions
