Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant operations. To be a successful Restaurant General Manager, you must first build an exceptional team. Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring, and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels, from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to: strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, timely completion of financial reports, delegation throughout the management team, and maintaining staff files. Our Restaurant General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal-oriented and results-driven.

Qualifications:

• Three plus years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant General Manager.
• A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a passion for the development and mentoring of others.
• The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
• Honesty, integrity, and love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Restaurant General Manager should possess
• The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the organization.
