Plano, 7700 Windrose Avenue, Plano, Texas, United States of America Job Description RESTAURANT MANAGER - FULL TIME - ONSITE $55K - $70K per year, based on experience Responsibilities Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies. Master every position in the restaurant before training others. Provide coaching and feedback to grow the team. Maintain kitchen operations, ordering & inventory. Ensure customer satisfaction and relationships. Qualifications 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience. Strong coaching skills with effective feedback. Organized, deadline-oriented and result-focused. Experience managing a large team. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Comfortable in the kitchen.
