Restaurant/Lounge Manager

Lombardi Family Concepts is looking for a passionate restaurant manager who is devoted to creating intimate and sometimes dynamic dining experiences of exquisite culinary traditions and fun events. This position requires previous experience in fine-dining upscale service with extensive knowledge in lounge atmosphere including food and wine. Duties & Responsibilities: Effectively enforce company standard and procedures Must be able to work late nights for lounge guests Achieve objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and standards of service.
