What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations
• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Help recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members
• Step in as manager-on-duty, overseeing shifts and guest experience
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Support sales-building efforts and help manage labor and food costs
• Reinforce a positive, accountable, team-first culture
• Follow all company policies and health department regulations

What You Bring

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management/supervisory experience
• Fast casual, quick service, or bakery-café experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
