Director of Community Day Services Full-Time 30+ hrs Vocational Blue Island, IL, US 1 Attachments 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1011 Salary: $75,000.00 Annually Blue Cap is hiring a full time position for Director of Community Day Services serving as an advocate on behalf of the people receiving services in the Community Day Services Program and develop/monitor the implementation of individualized support plans. Responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, management and evaluation of the Community Day Services Program. 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday generally 8:00am – 4:00pm Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, social work or related human service field (as defined by DHS). Two or more years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful completion of IDHS Direct Support Professional (DSP) training and listed on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry State of IL QIDP certification status; preferred Ability to maintain First Aid/CPR/AED and CPI certifications Ability to pass Department of Human Services Background Checks on an annual basis Proficiency in the use of computers, software applications, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
