Inside Sales Agent (ISA) - Commercial & Residential Real Estate (Commission based)

• Cleveland, OH (Westlake preferred)
• Hybrid/ Team-based

The Matheos Group, affiliated with Keller Williams Citywide, is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent to power our client pipeline. You'll be the first voice prospective buyers and sellers hear, connecting them with the right agent at the right time. If you love the phone, thrive on hitting goals, and know how to build trust fast, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to and follow up with leads across our commercial and residential pipelines.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our agents.
• Keep our CRM current with accurate notes and follow-up timelines.
• Track your own results and hit weekly call and appointment goals.
• Be the professional, friendly first impression of the TMG brand.

Requirements:

• Realtor License valid in Ohio
• 2+ years of sales experience, in commercial and residential real estate.
• Clear, confident communication skills, on the phone and in writing.
• A professional, well-presented appearance
• A punctual, organized approach to your day.
• Comfort learning and using CRM and scheduling software.
• Based in Cleveland, OH, Westlake preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
