Data Entry Clerk

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Coppell, TX

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately managing shipment data, tracking inventory, and maintaining supply chain documentation, in addition to receiving, stocking, inventory management, pulling and shipping customer owned material, including performing all systematic transactions for assigned duties in the appropriate system based on the customer.

Please note that the Data Entry Clerk are warehouse-based roles and are not strictly desk-based positions. Candidates selected for these positions must be flexible and willing to support overall warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, and other warehouse functions as operational needs arise. These positions will require an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and ensure customer requirements and service levels are consistently met.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, ship, select, inventory and store supplies, merchandise, and equipment in the warehouse.
• Load and unload item to a more specialist function, such as storing and shipping serialized electronics.
• Understand the SLA of the accounts assigned.
• Operate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet drivers and hand carts.
• Cycle count duties and inventory control.
• LTL shipping and TMS understanding of BOL's.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of storage/handling techniques and safety regulations
• Knowledge of warehouse management system

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Forklift certification preferred
• 3+ years of related experience preferred
