Position Description: Recruitment SpecialistStarting Pay: $15/hourWe are looking for an outgoing and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on finding, communicating with, and helping candidates through the hiring process. The ideal person enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Reach out to and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sourcesReview resumes and conduct phone or video screeningsSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersMaintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processKeep candidate information updated in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Work closely with the team to understand hiring needs and fill open positionsEnsure recruiting activities follow company policies and employment lawsQualifications:Strong communication and people skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedComfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and recruiting systemsExperience in customer service, recruiting, staffing, or other people-focused roles preferredWhat We Offer:Starting pay of $15/hourOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentBenefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly
