Desktop Support Technician – Windows 11 Deployment (Contract)

Philadelphia Pennsylvania (Travel Required – Tristate Area)

Contract Length: 6 Months (Initial)

About the Opportunity

A large and well-established healthcare organization in Pennsylvania is seeking 6 Desktop Support Consultants to support an exciting Windows 11 enterprise deployment initiative .

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale deployments while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support Windows 11 deployment across 50+ locations in the tristate area
• Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and migration
• Work with Active Directory and Office 365 environments
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users onsite
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts

Work Environment & Travel

• Initial onboarding will take place at the main location in Pennsylvania
• Travel to multiple sites across the tristate area is required
• Reliable transportation is required (car mandatory)
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel to/from the main location

Schedule & Flexibility

• Standard shift: 8 hours per day
• Initial start times: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
• Flexibility is critical:
  • 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities
  • Weekend work required for certain locations with limited availability

Required Skills & Experience

Prior deployment experience ( required )

Experience with Windows 11 deployments (strongly preferred)

Experience with Intune (highly preferred)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
