Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior
modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive
skills.
Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA

• Collect data on above programs

• Record session notes detailing treatment

• Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA

• File medical and crisis incident reports

• Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write English

• High school diploma

• RBT Certification

• Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended)

• Ability to work hands-on with children

Essential Knowledge and Skills:behaviors

• Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training may be provided)

• Knowledgeable about data collection software (training may be provided)

• Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families

• Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed

• Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging

• Goal-oriented and organized

• Consistent and reliable

• Acts professionally in a variety of environments

• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client

Hourly range: $24.00-$27.00

M-F

3:30pm -6:30pm
