Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team as the Manager of Rehabilitation & Athletic Training Services, overseeing inpatient and outpatient therapy operations and athletic training services across the Greater Fond du Lac market. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional with strong operational and team management skills, a passion for staff development, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Partnering closely with regional leadership, you'll help drive strategic initiatives, enhance patient experiences, and shape the future of rehabilitation services in a growing market.

Job Summary:

Manages the daily operations of rehabilitative services.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Assesses the quality of patient care and coordinates services with patients and healthcare providers.
• Manages staff relations and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Oversees departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Performs patient treatment as needed.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

• Four years experience, with two years in leadership

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
