Responsibilities Include Greeting & listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle service needs Explaining recommended services and maintenance in a clear, easy-to-understand manner Communicating repair timelines, costs, and updates throughout the service process Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Preparing estimates and service documentation Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction Building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Basic computer skills & strong problem-solving abilities Team-oriented mindset QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a valid drivers license with a company acceptable driving record. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts. Must be able to add, subtract, multiple and divide. Must be able to type. Must maintain a professional appearance. EDUCATION High School diploma or GED EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred. Experience using ADP Dealer Services Software a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The Service Advisor will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust, and paint fumes and will be required to work in extreme heat and/or cold and rain and be able to walk, stand, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift.
