Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Wyatt Savage - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information, assist customers with policy changes and updates, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to multitask, previous customer service experience preferred, must be comfortable with sales, bilingual Spanish highly preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
