Position Overview
Role: Direct Care Worker (Part-Time)
Duties Include:
Assisting clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating)
Supporting everyday routines (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, companionship)
Following care plans and maintaining clear service notes
Communicating professionally with clients, families, and supervisors
Minimum Requirements:
21 Years of age or older
Valid Drivers License and proof of Ins
Reliable transportation
Willing to undergo background check
TB Test Required after hire
Must be eligible to work in the United States
