Job Title Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: Day | Pay Rate: $192.06 - $207.90 Responsibilities & Requirements Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday through Friday only; flexible shifts. Provider must have flexibility when it comes to hours worked. Required Cases: General, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Head and Neck, Thoracic, Neurology, Obstetrics (Preferred but not required), Ear, Nose, and Throat. All adults, no Cardiac, or Pediatrics. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC). Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days. Licensure: Active California License is required. Certifications: Must be Board Certified and have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Client may work around not having PALS but prefers it even though they likely won’t see any pediatric patients.
