HR Investigator OpportunityAre you an experienced HR professional who knows how to get beyond the surface of workplace conflict and uncover what is really happening?This consulting opportunity is designed for a seasoned HR investigator who can independently assess a complex team environment, conduct confidential interviews, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical recommendations for leadership.What You'll DoConduct a confidential workplace assessment.Interview employees and key stakeholders.Investigate recurring HR concerns.Identify underlying causes of team conflict.Assess team dynamics and workplace relationships.Evaluate potential organizational factors contributing to conflict.Prepare clear, objective findings.Present actionable recommendations to leadership.Recommend coaching, team interventions, or other changes.What We're Looking For8+ years progressive HR experience.5+ years formal investigation experience.Strong employee-relations background.Excellent interviewing and fact-finding skills.Ability to remain neutral and objective.Strong analytical and writing skills.Experience diagnosing dysfunctional team environments.Exceptional discretion with confidential matters.Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale.Preferred: Experience with change management, culture assessments, employment law, executive coaching, facilitation, or energy/industrial environments.This is an opportunity to use your HR expertise to uncover what is happening, explain why it is happening, and help leadership determine what should happen next.SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
