Human Resources Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Scottsdale that is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting employee-related processes, maintaining personnel information, and assisting with various HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative responsibilities and employee support functions.

Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR questions and employee requests.
Coordinate new hire activities, including onboarding schedules, orientation materials, and employment documentation.
Ensure employee records are accurately maintained and updated in internal databases and tracking systems.
Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and scheduling hiring team meetings.
Assist with payroll-related documentation, employee time records, and benefits administration support.
Prepare HR correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and employee communications.
Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Previous experience in human resources, office administration, recruiting support, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Comfortable working with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of HR practices, onboarding procedures, and employee record management is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR coursework or certifications are beneficial.
Contract-to-hire opportunity

• Monday through Friday
• Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
