Non-Tenure: Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Associate Professor

Associate Professor level, depending on background, qualifications, and experience in Architectural Design. Full-time positions are 9-month academic appointments with an expected start date of September 1, 2026. The department seeks candidates who have experience in the professional practice or academic discipline of architecture, with experience in teaching architecture design studios. Candidates should demonstrate clear design sensibility, critical thinking skills, willingness to collaborate, and the ability to teach undergraduate and graduate studios, lectures, and seminars. Candidates will teach architecture design studios and other courses that are integral to the degree programs offered by the department. The successful candidate will participate in the pedagogical framework of architectural degree programs, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, and contribute a level of service to the department as needed.
