Duties Include (but are not limited to): Previous line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred. Passion for food and pride in producing quality dishes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term culinary career. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old. What Makes You a Great Fit: Previous line cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or club environment. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in the culinary field who want to develop their skills in a fast-paced and professional kitchen. A passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen tools, and food safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency. Ability to personally demonstrate culinary techniques, i.e., cutting, cooking principles, plate presentation, and safety. Ability to perform more technically advanced recipes and techniques. Team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Must be 18 years or older.
