Restaurant Server

Restaurant ServersRestaurant Servers are involved in all aspects of delivering superior guest service throughout the food and beverage outlet in the hotel. You will be responsible for the set-up, delivery, and retrieval of all food and beverage orders to guests. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.Job Requirements:Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotelEnsuring the restaurant service space remains well-stocked at all timesServe drinks while following all company, local, and state guidelinesValidate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumptionFollow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivablesCleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each serviceJob Qualifications:Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage itemsHighly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievementMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to work well in stressful situationsAbility to extend professionalism and courtesy to guests at all timesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
