Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS - Midwest - Remote

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage research activities at clinical trial sites, primarily in a remote capacity with regional travel. The role involves site selection, study initiation, regulatory compliance, and ongoing site management across CNS and rare disease programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of clinical studies at participating research sites from initiation through closure
• Conduct study initiation visits and ensure regulatory document collection and contract negotiation
• Train sites on data collection procedures and safety event reporting protocols
• Monitor site compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements throughout studies
• Manage ongoing site activities remotely with periodic in-person oversight visits

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• 4-year university degree or nursing degree
• Expertise in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Current residence in the Midwest region
• Willingness to travel regionally
